AND ADIVHRAL INSURANCE CO. <br /> - TRANSIT LIABILITY INSURANCE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid of Lancer Insurance Co. and Admiral Insurance Co. for liability <br /> insurance and claims handling services for the Decatur Public Transit System from September <br /> 22, 2013, through September 21, 2014, be, and the same is hereby accepted. <br /> Section 2.
