Mayor's Memo—September 9, 2013..................................................................page 2 <br /> Transit staff and Scott Clark, Risk Manager, examined all of the pros <br /> and cons of these proposals. Staff determined that the Lancer <br /> Insurance/Admiral Insurance combined proposal meets all of the <br /> Transit System's requirements, and is the best proposal, and is the <br /> least expensive proposal.
