AMENDMENT #2 <br /> Local Agency & inc i Job Number-Construction <br /> City of Decatur .Transportation <br /> Section Local Agency Job Number—Engineering/ROW. <br /> 09-00933-00-BR Agreement for State Participation P-97-072-10 <br /> This Agreement is made and entered into between the above local agency hereinafter referred to as"LA",and the State of Illinois, acting <br /> by and through its Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as"STATE". The STATE and LA jointly propose to improve the <br /> designated location as shown below. <br /> a <br /> Location <br /> Local Name Brush College Subway Improvement Route FAU 7448 Length 0.9 <br /> Termini Brush College Road between William Street and Faries Parkway <br /> Current Jurisdiction City of Decatur <br /> Project Description <br /> Professional services to perform a preliminary design study to determine the most feasible option for providing adequate capacity to <br /> handle present and future traffic volumes in a safe and efficient manner for the Brush College Road crossing of the Norfolk Southern track <br /> yard south of Faries Parkway. The project will include traffic data collection and analysis, a topographic survey of the project area, <br /> stakeholder interviews and public involvement meetings, an Environmental Study for the project location and the following studies for <br /> three alternatives: Drainage Studies, Geometric Studies,Traffic Maintenance Studies,and Structure Studies. Final deliverables will also <br /> include a Study Report, Project Development Report, TS&Ls and SCRs.The intersections of Brush College Road with Faries Parkway <br /> and William Street were added in Change Order#1 in 2011.
