2.02 Each Division of work will be evaluated and awarded separately. The Contractor <br /> may submit bids on any or all Divisions or work, or on any combination thereof. <br /> 3. APPROXIMATE QUANTITIES <br /> 3.01 No complete detailed listing of approximate quantities is included in the Contract <br /> Documents except as the various items of work are identified in the Contractor's Proposal. <br /> 3.02 The Contractor shall determine for himself the actual quantities involved and bid <br /> accordingly. ' <br /> 4. LAND <br /> 4.01 The Owner owns the necessary land and right-of-way privileges required for the <br /> purposes of operating and maintaining the herein described improvements. The Contractor <br /> will furnish and construct any necessary access roads or facilities, if any are required. <br /> 5. DEPOSIT FOR PLANS <br /> 5.01 Plans, specifications, and proposal forms may be obtained from Decatur Blue Print, <br /> Inc., 230 W. Wood Street, Decatur, Illinois, 62523, (217) 423-7589. <br /> 5.02 Payment shall be made to the Decatur Blue Print, Inc. 230 W . Wood Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois in the amount of$85.00, by BANK CASHIER'S CHECK, BANK DRAFT, <br /> CERTIFIED CHECK or COMPANY CHECK made payable to the order of Decatur Blue <br /> Print, Inc. No refund will be made for the plans, specifications, or proposal forms returned. <br /> 6. PROPOSALS ' <br /> 6.01 Sealed proposals will be received in accordance with the official Advertisement for <br /> Bids. <br /> 6.02 Proposals must be made on the accompanying blank forms. The proposals shall be <br /> sealed in an envelope bearing only the printed endorsement "Proposal for Lake Shore Drive <br /> Sewer Rehabilitation". In the case of proposals to be sent by mail, said envelope shall be <br /> placed in an outer or mailing envelope, and endorsed "This envelope contains a sealed bid to ' <br /> be read at 10:00 AM local time,June 21, 2013." <br /> Contractors may submit bids on any or all Divisions of work, or any combination <br /> thereof.
