No. 2013-67) <br /> COMES NOW the Harristown Fire Protection District by its attorneys, Parish & <br /> Castleman LLP, and for its Petition Regarding Annexation of Certain Territory to the City <br /> of Decatur, pursuant to 70 ILCS 705/20(b), states: <br /> i. Harristown Fire Protection District,Petitioner,is a duly organized fire protection <br /> district under the laws of Illinois,located entirely in Macon County. <br /> 2. The City of Decatur, Illinois, Defendant, is a municipal corporation, duly <br /> organized under the laws of Illinois and is located in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> 3. On July 15, 2013, the City of Decatur, Illinois, by action of its Council, passed <br /> Ordinance No. 2013-67,annexing into the corporate boundaries of the City of Decatur,the <br /> following described real estate: <br /> Lot Six (6) of West Sunnyside Heights 1'Addition, as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 982 Page 72 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois. Commonly known as 1665 North Sunnyside Road, Decatur,Illinois <br /> 62526. PIN 04-12-07-201-020 <br /> 4.
