Anderson Plaza, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, 62523, until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 29, 2013, and thereafter publicly <br /> opened and read. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: <br /> The proposed improvement is officially known as: <br /> DECATUR MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER <br /> EMERGENCY GENERATOR REPLACEMENT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2012-35 <br /> The proposed project herein specified and described includes the following work: <br /> The proposed DECATUR MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER — EMERGENCY <br /> GENERATOR REPLACEMENT, designated as City Project 2012-35, consists of <br /> replacing an existing 75KW generator and 200 amp automatic transfer switch with a new <br /> 250KW generator and 1000 amp transfer switch. The new generator will provide backup <br /> power to the entire Municipal Service Center. The bid will be broken down into three <br /> alternates: (1) Provide a Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch, (2) Provide a <br /> Generator, Automatic Transfer Switch and installation services, or (3) Provide <br /> installation services. <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: <br /> 1.
