I <br /> RESOLUTION NO. R2013-60 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT <br /> WITH TELE SCAN, INC., FOR THE <br /> ANNUAL SEWER TELEVISING PROGRAM <br /> CITY PROJECT 2013-19 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing pipeline inspection services for 2 '/2 years <br /> beginning July 1, 2013 and ending December 31, 2015, for the Annual Sewer Televising <br /> Program, City Project 2013-19, presented to the City Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Tele Scan, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Tele Scan, Inc., in <br /> an amount not to exceed $375,000 per fiscal year,beginning July 1, 2013 and ending December <br /> 31, 2015, for a total amount not to exceed $1,125,000. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 2013. <br /> i ael T.
