RESOLUTION NO. R2013- 4 6 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> LABORATORY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> PDC LABORATORIES INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between PDC <br /> Laboratories Inc. and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Laboratory Professional Services Agreement in the <br /> estimated amount of$30,151 on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2013. <br /> M CHA L T.
