In the event said notice is <br /> mailed, the date of service of such notice shall be deemed to be two (2) business <br /> days after the date of delivery of said notice to the United States Post Office. <br /> 16.7 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the <br /> remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. <br /> 16.8 Project Sign. Prior to commencement of construction of the Project, the <br /> Redeveloper shall place at the front of the Project a Project identification sign <br /> which sign shall contain the following: <br /> (a) A colored elevation view of the Project being constructed; <br /> (b) A listing of the Project team including the City; and <br /> (c) A brief two (2) or three (3) line description of the Project. <br /> 16.9 Memorandum of Agreement. At either party's request, the parties shall execute <br /> and record a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to the Project and the <br /> Project Site in the form attached as Exhibit 5. <br /> 16.10 Further Assistance and Corrective Instruments. The City and the Redeveloper <br /> agree that they will, from time to time, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or <br /> cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such supplements hereto and <br /> such further instruments as may reasonably be required by the parties hereto for <br /> carrying out the intention of or facilitating the performance of this Agreement. <br /> City of Decatur/Grand Avenue TIF Project 21 <br />
