Exhibit C <br /> EXHIBIT C <br /> PROJECT TIMELINE <br /> 1. Work will begin within thirty(30) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The <br /> Construction Phase starts when the construction project is authorized for advertising for <br /> bids by the Owner. <br /> 2. The project specifications anticipate a construction period of 270 calendar days. This <br /> time may be expended by Owner approved change orders to the construction contract. <br /> 3. The project engineering shall be completed approximately 60 days after final acceptance of the <br /> construction by the Owner. <br /> C-1 <br />
