RESOLUTION NO. R 2013-35 <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND FILING <br /> PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT—CITY OF DECATUR/GRAND <br /> AVENUE TIF REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Proposed Redevelopment Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Neimann Holdings, LLC, regarding the redevelopment of <br /> the area legally described as: <br /> All of Lots One(1), Two (2), Three(3), Four(4), Five (5), Six(6), Seven(7), Eight(8) and Nine(9), <br /> of County Clerk's subdivision in the North East '/ of the south east '/ of Section 9, Township 16 <br /> North, Range 2 East of the 3`d P.M., as per Plat recorded in Book 1575, Page 127 of the records in <br /> the recorder's office Of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> And <br /> All of Lots Five (5), Six(6), Seven(7), Eight(8),Nine(9),Ten(10),Eleven(11),Twelve(12), <br /> Thirteen(13), Fourteen(14) and Fifteen(15) of Hill's 2nd Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 536, <br /> Page 24 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> And <br /> The adjacent Right-Of-Ways <br /> be, and the same is hereby,received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed until further order of <br /> the City Council, place and keep said Proposed Redevelopment Agreement on file in the office of <br /> said Clerk and to make the same available at all times during regular business hours for public <br /> inspection. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 15`h day of April,-2013._ <br /> M CH L T.
