Such extensions of schedule shall be agreed to in writing <br /> by the parties hereto. <br /> ARTICLE XII: TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> i <br /> 12.1 Termination by the City. The City has the right to terminate all or part of this <br /> Agreement upon ten (10) days prior written notice to the Redeveloper as follows <br /> if any Event of Default by the Redeveloper is not cured within the time frame set <br /> forth in Article XI above. <br /> 12.2 Termination by the Redeveloper. The Redeveloper has the right to terminate all <br /> or part of this Agreement upon ten (10) days prior written notice to the City as <br /> follows if any Event of Default by the City is not cured within the time frame set <br /> forth in Article XI above. <br /> ARTICLE XIII: EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY <br /> The Redeveloper, for itself and its successors and assigns, agrees that during and with <br /> respect to construction of the Project provided for in this Agreement that the following <br /> i will apply: <br /> 13.1 Non-Discrimination. The Redeveloper will not discriminate against any <br /> employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, <br /> creed, disability, age or national origin. The Redeveloper will take affirmative <br /> action to insure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated <br /> during employment, without regard to their race, color, religion, sex or national <br /> origin. Such action shall include, but not be limited, to the following: <br /> I employment, upgrading, demotion, transfer, recruitment, recruitment advertising, <br /> layoff, termination, rate of pay or other forms of compensation, and selection for <br /> training, including apprenticeship. The Redeveloper agrees to post in <br /> conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, <br /> notices to be provided by the City setting forth the provisions of this non- <br /> discrimination clause. <br /> 13.2 Advertising. The Redeveloper will, in all solicitations or advertisements for <br /> employees placed by or on behalf of the Redeveloper, state that all qualified <br /> applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, <br /> color,religion, sex, or national origin. <br /> ARTICLE XIV: REPRESENTATIONS OF THE REDEVELOPER <br /> The Redeveloper represents, warrants and agrees as the basis for the undertakings on its <br /> part herein contained that: <br /> 14.1 Organization. The Redeveloper is an Illinois limited liability company and is in <br /> good standing with the State of Illinois. <br /> 18 <br />
