(ii) For the next twelve (12) calendar years, an amount equal to Twenty-Five <br /> (25%) Percent of the Project Revenues for the previous calendar year <br /> actually received by the City; <br /> (iii) The total amount to be paid pursuant to subsections (i) and (ii) above shall <br /> not exceed the amount of One Million ($1,000,000) Dollars. <br /> I <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Redeveloper agree as follows: <br /> 1. Upon approval from the City Council of the City of Decatur, the preamble <br /> to the Agreement shall be amended to add Niemann Foods, Inc., an Illinois <br /> corporation, as a party to this Agreement, and, as such, shall be responsible <br /> for Redeveloper's obligations set forth in the Agreement. <br /> 2. Upon approval from the City Council, Section 4.1 of the Agreement shall <br /> be amended to alter Article IV, Public Investment, Section 4.1 (a) and 4.1 <br /> (b) to change the dates for reimbursement of eligible project costs from <br /> January15 to March 15 of each year as set out above commencing on <br /> Y � g <br /> March 15, 2013. <br /> 3. The recital paragraphs set out in this "Amendment to City of Decatur/Pines <br /> Shopping Center Redevelopment Agreement" are incorporated into and <br /> made a part of this agreement.
