EXHIBIT E <br /> DECATUR CIVIC CENTER AUTHORITY <br /> PARKING LOT REGULATIONS <br /> FOR CITY OF DECATUR <br /> 1. Definitions. "CITY users" as that term is used in their AGREEMENT shall mean <br /> vehicles owned or used by the CITY or its officers, employees,members of the CITY Council, <br /> commissions and boards. "CITY invitees"shall refer to those vehicles owned or used by persons <br /> doing business with the CITY in the Civic Center Complex. "CITY designees" shall mean those <br /> vehicles that are owned or used by persons who the CITY is permitting to use a certain <br /> designated space for parking on the parking lot of the Civic Center: <br /> 2. Location of CITY Parking_Spaces. <br /> (a) CITY users shall use parking spaces located on the Parking Lot Plat attached to <br /> Exhibit E and color coded red and white. <br /> (b) CITY designees shall use the parking spaces located on the Parking Lot Plat <br /> attached to Exhibit E and color coded green. <br /> (c) CITY invitees shall use any portion of the parking lot available, except for those <br /> Sections designated for CITY users and CITY designees or otherwise designated <br /> for use by the AUTHORITY. <br /> 3. Days and Hours of Parking. The hours of parking for CITY users and CITY designees <br /> shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The <br /> AUTHORITY shall furnish an attendant at the main entrance booth in the center of the north side <br /> of the parking lot during said hours for the purpose of determining that only authorized vehicles <br /> are permitted in the parking lot. <br /> 4. Si ns. The AUTHORITY authorizes the CITY, at its expense, subject to the approval <br /> of the AUTHORITY,to place such signage on the parking lot which will designate the location <br /> of the specific places where CITY users and CITY designees may park in accordance with the <br /> terms of this AGREEMENT. Further,the CITY, at its expense, shall be responsible for any <br /> parking space striping or traffic control devices needed to separate the CITY designee space from <br /> other space in the parking lot, including,but not limited to barriers, fences,gates or other <br /> methods of traffic and parking control. <br /> -6- <br />
