29. POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL <br /> CONTRACTOR and Decatur Transit Management, Inc. shall at all times keep all of their <br /> employees informed of all applicable CITY rules and regulations, and policies and <br /> procedures, pertaining to the Transit System as contained in the Decatur Public Transit <br /> System Administrative Policy & Procedure Manual (dated January 1, 1996 and amended <br /> from time to time) which shall be made a part of this Agreement by reference. <br /> 30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement, including Appendix A and all attachrnents hereto, constitutes the entire <br /> Agreement between the parties, with respect to the subject matter, and supersedes any <br /> previous understandings,representations, commitments or agreements, oral or written.
