Lessor hereby consents to(a)the <br /> modifications to the leased vehicles described on Exhibit A hereto(notwithstanding anything else <br /> contained in Section 6.01 of the Lease Agreements)and (b)the insurance maintained by Lessee <br /> pursuant to Section 6.03 of the Lease Agreements having a deductible of$25,000 per vehicle per <br /> occurrence.
