r , <br /> said Employment Agreement shall be extended for an additional five (5) year period ending <br /> October 19, 2017. <br /> Section 4. Section 20 of the AGREEMENT shall be amended and modified at the <br /> first paragraph thereof such that said first paragraph, as so amended and modified, shall provide <br /> that effective December 1, 2012, Employee will receive a five percent (5%) increase for said <br /> automobile allowance, and an increase of five percent (5%) per year for each of the remaining <br /> four (4) years on December 1 of each year. <br /> Section 5. Employee agrees to pursue and Employer agrees to support Employee in <br /> his pursuit through ICMA's Voluntary Credentialing Program to obtain an ICMA Credentialed <br /> Manager Title and Certificate. <br /> Section 6.
