Section 2. The City Manager of the City of Decatur, Illinois or his Designee, be and <br /> the same is hereby authorized to execute and deliver and the City Clerk of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be and the same is hereby authorized to attest to said execution of a Tri-Party Fee <br /> agreement between The City of Decatur, the lowest responsible bidder for the supply of <br /> electricity for residential and small commercial retail customers who do not opt out of such a <br /> program and the City of Decatur's authorized municipal aggregation consultant that is in <br /> substantially the same form as the Tri-Party Fee agreement attached hereto. <br /> Section 3. This Resolution shall be effective immediately and shall remain in effect until <br /> such time as the year 2012 electricity aggregation program electric supplier selection process has <br /> been completed. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this P day of December, 2012. <br /> j1JNr1&fXEL T.
