RESOLUTION NO. R2012-191 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS TO REPLACE <br /> AN EMERGENCY WARNING SIREN ACROSS THE STREET <br /> FROM 1160 NORTH JORDAN STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the payment to Wireless USA for the purchase and installation of a <br /> Warning Siren including associated hardware and software be, and the same is hereby, approved <br /> and said payment be made in the amount not to exceed $22,146.80. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute such documentation as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 19th day ofNovemb <br /> is a T.
