The Service Provider agrees to comply with <br /> the City's Dual Representation Policies and fill out the attached affidavit, attached as Exhibit "D" <br /> to this Agreement, if applicable. <br /> Section 16. Copyright. The Service Provider assigns to the City any and all of Service <br /> Provider's rights under copyright laws for work prepared by the Service Provider, its employees, <br /> subcontractors or agents in connection with this Agreement, including any and all rights to <br /> register said copyright, renewal rights, determination rights and import rights. The Service <br /> Provider agrees to execute any additional documents the City may request to effectuate the <br /> assignment of said copyright. <br /> Section 17. Amendments. This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement <br /> signed by both the Service Provider and the City. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and the Service Provider have executed this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 6 <br />
