HALLOWEEN <br /> TRICK OR TREAT <br /> 1) The activity is to be confined to one evening only between the hours of 6:00 <br /> o'clock p.m. and 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> 2) Children should be accompanied by responsible adults. <br /> 3) The activity should be confined to the neighborhood of the residence of the <br /> participants. <br /> 4) Only wrapped and sealed treats should be given or accepted. <br /> 5) Children are asked not to consume treats during the trick or treat period and that <br /> all treats be inspected by a responsible adult prior to consumption. <br /> 6) Calls should be made only at residences where porch or other exterior lights have <br /> been turned on as a sign of hospitality. <br /> 7) Costumes when worn should be highly visible, of nonflammable material so <br /> constructed as not to interfere with the vision or mobility of the wearer. <br /> 8) Basic pedestrian safety rules should be obeyed. <br />
