RESOLUTION NO. 82012-169 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> T2 SYSTEMS, INC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> EQUIPMENT AND LICENSE OF PARKING ENFORCEMENT <br /> HARDWARE & SOFTWARE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement presented to the Council herewith from T2 Systems, Inc. <br /> for the purchase of equipment and license of Parking Enforcement hardware and software, be, <br /> and the same is hereby, approved and said payment be made in the amount not to exceed <br /> $101,325.50. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute such documentation as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th day of Septe ber, <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Michael T.
