Cochran in the amount of$30,000 to provide construction engineering services for the Water Street Streetscape Enhancement Project—Phase 2 for a total adjusted Agreement amount of$399,238.43. • February 21, 2012—Council approved Resolution R2012-28 authorizing a contract in the amount of$4,087,534.04 for the Main Street Streetscape Enhancement Project, City Project 2010-17,to Feutz Contractors, Inc. as the lowest qualified bidder. • February 21, 2012—Council approved Resolution R2012-31 authorizing an Amendment to the Agreement with Massie Massie &Associates for the Downtown Streetscape and Open Space Enhancement Program adding 72 000 for a total Agreement amount of$240 000. Cochran in the amount of$18,500 to provide preliminary design services for the Central Park phase of the City downtown streetscape enhancement program for a total Agreement amount of$417,738.43. • May 7, 2012—Council was given a presentation on the proposed streetscape improvements for Central Park and Franklin Street. The presentation included discussion on the current downtown streetscape enhancement work and the proposed schedule for future work. • May 21, 2012—Council approved Resolution R2012-109 authorizing Change Order#1 which added $75,000 to the contract for the Water Street Streetscape Enhancement Project— Phase 2, City Project 2011-14, for a total project cost of$2,101,812.30.
