RESOLUTION NO. R2012-137 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> BODINE COMMUNICATIONS <br /> - TRANSIT CENTER SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bids submitted for installing a security camera <br /> system at the Senator Severns Transit Center be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Bodine Communications, a Division of Rathje Enterprises, Inc., <br /> be accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor of the City of Decatur be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> Bodine Communications, a Division of Rathje Enterprises, Inc., for installing a security camera <br /> system at the Senator Severns Transit Center, as specified in the firm's bid, dated May 23, 2012, <br /> at their total bid price of$20,512.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 181h day of June, 2012. <br /> MICHAEL T. cELR <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> LINDA M.
