Walker,Chief of Police <br /> Linda Hassinger,Lieutenant Administrative Operations <br /> Subject: SunGard Public Sector—OSSI Annual Service Agreement <br /> PURPOSE:The purpose of this memorandum is to request the expenditure of funds to SunGard Public Sector <br /> for the OSSI annual service agreement. <br /> BACKGROUND: The City of Decatur signed a maintenance agreement with SunGard Public Sector on <br /> October 21,2011 for the commencement date of June 1,2012. The SunGard Maintenance agreement provides <br /> service and maintenance to the baseline software indentified in Exhibit 1 of the software maintenance <br /> agreement. This contract covers June 1,2012 through May 31,2013. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: It would be the recommendation of staff that the Decatur Police Department pay <br /> SunGard Public Sector for the OSSI annual service agreement at the cost of$116,438.60 to be paid out as <br /> follows: $95,631.60 of the designated Communications line item, $18,210.00 from Macon County Sheriff's <br /> Office,per our inter-governmental agreement, and$2,597.00 from the Village of Mt.Zion,also per our inter- <br /> governmental agreement. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: SunGard Public Sector Inc.
