Illinois D rtment Resolution for Improvement by <br /> �a Municipality Under the Illinois <br /> of Transportation Highway Code <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br /> Council or President and Board of Trustees <br /> City of Decatur Illinois <br /> City,Town or Village <br /> that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code: <br /> Name of Thorou hfare Route From To <br /> L &A Industrial Drive Brush College Road Cul-de-Sac <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, <br /> 1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of the removal and replacement of the westbound concrete lane of <br /> L &A Industrial Drive with an 8"Jointed Concrete Pavement over a 4"Aggregate Base Course. The work also <br /> includes 8" Lime Modified Base, Earth Excavation, and Traffic Control Devices. The project length is 1870 feet <br /> and shall be constructed 13 to 19 feet wide <br /> and be designated as Section 12-00211-00-RP <br /> 2. That there is hereby appropriated the(additional ❑ Yes ® No) sum of Three Hundred, Fifty Thousand <br /> and 00/100 Dollars( $350,000.00 )for the <br /> improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> 3.
