RESOLUTION NO. R-2012-109 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, <br /> KINNEY CONTRACTORS, INC. <br /> WATER STREET STREETSCAPE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT - PHASE 2 <br /> CITY PROJECT 2011-14 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Contract between Kinney Contractors, Inc. and the City of Decatur <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended to authorize Change Order No. 1 in the <br /> amount of$75,000; and a not-to-exceed project cost of$2,101,812.30. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Change Order No. 1, on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described Contract are germane to said <br /> Contract, as signed, and such Change Orders are in the best interest of the City of Decatur and <br /> are authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
