RESOLUTION NO. R 2012-105 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> BARBECK COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Service Agreement between the City of Decatur and Barbeck <br /> Communications Group, Inc. for May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013 to provide service and <br /> maintenance for Emergency Communications Center, Municipal Services Center and the Macon <br /> County Courthouse communications equipment be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Communications Service Agreement between the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and Barbeck Communications Group, Inc. for a total annual amount not to exceed <br /> $26,734.68, to be paid in monthly installments. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 7`" day of May, 2012. <br /> J <br /> Mft <br /> �7 <br /> HAEL T.
