Following the approval of the Mayor and City Council, the bid tabulation will be forwarded to <br /> the Illinois Department of Transportation for final approval in accordance with the rules <br /> governing the disbursement of Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There are no known objections to this resolution and bid award. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Homer L. Chastain & Associates <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Richard Marley, Public Works Director and Matt Newell, City <br /> Engineer. Richard Marley will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any <br /> questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: <br /> Funding for this project is allocated in the Motor Fuel Tax Fund. The recommended low bid <br /> amount is $48,105.
