No services will be paid which are performed prior to or subsequent to <br /> this performance period. <br /> Assistance Amount $148,734.00 CFDA Number 66.454 <br /> Agreement Type 604b Agreement Number 604105 <br /> Recipient Agricultural Watershed Institute (AWI) <br /> Address 4004 College Park Road Telephone (217) 877-5640 <br /> Decatur, Illinois 62521-6207 FAX (217) 877-5641 <br /> Project Description/Scope of Work <br /> LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED-TMDL IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING <br /> Under this Agreement, the Recipient shall complete the following tasks. <br /> WATERSHED STAKEHOLDER COMMITTEE <br /> 1. The Recipient shall establish a Lake Decatur watershed stakeholder committee to assist in <br /> the development of watershed-based TMDL implementation plans for the Big Creek <br /> watershed (Hydrologic Unit Codes 071300060409 and 071300060406) and for the Big <br /> Ditch watershed (Hydrologic Unit Codes 071300060202 and 071300060203), both sub- <br /> watersheds of the Lake Decatur watershed. The committee will include local landowners, <br /> agricultural producers, drainage districts, drainage contractors, members of the Heart of <br /> the Sangamon Ecosystem Partnerships, and other interested citizens. A draft list of <br /> committee members shall be completed and submitted by the Recipient to the Illinois EPA <br /> by June 1, 2012. A final list of committee members shall be completed and submitted by <br /> the Recipient to the Illinois EPA by July 1, 2012. The Recipient shall convene the Lake <br /> Decatur watershed stakeholder committee by September 1, 2012. <br /> OUTREACH <br /> 2. The Recipient shall organize and conduct one (1) project kick-off meeting to review pollutant <br /> sources, review the Lake Decatur watershed TMDL, and to begin soliciting stakeholder <br /> input on potential best management practices (BMPs). The Recipient shall submit a draft <br /> agenda, location, schedule, materials list, and invitation list for this meeting to Illinois EPA <br /> by June 1, 2012.
