mh e as s y TREASURY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE THE DESKTOP LEASE Desktop is licensed through a renewable lease agreement,which automatically renews for the additional terms of one(1)year each unless either party provides the other with written notice of termination at lease sixty(60) days prior to the expiration date of the initial term or of any subsequent one-year term. Emphasys clients are billed on an annual basis in advance. Emphasys shall be entitled to increase its fees for this lease agreement upon sixty(60)days prior written notice. The lease agreement includes: o Emphasys Desktop Software for Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7 o Unlimited customer support via toll free phone number 1-800-349-0583 o All updates,enhancements and upgrades o Free online webinar training sessions ADDITIONAL SERVICES Financial Times IDC Security Pricing Fees for Financial Times security pricing service are covered under a separate agreement. This agreement is available the first time prices are downloaded. At that time you will have the option to agree to the terms and print them for your records. All Financial Times security pricing fees are subject to change during the term of the desktop lease. A notice will be sent prior to any increase. General Ledger Interface The General Ledger interface to a customer accounting software package is an additional one time license and an annual maintenance fee. This fee is based on development and code changes to fit each individual client's unique setup of their accounting software application. o Produce GL reports that can be imported directly into an accounting software application o Customized Account Register payments to be categorized as Earnings,Changes in Principal,or both o Customization allows exclusion of unwanted types of GL categories Custodial Download The Custodial Download module provides a transaction import from your Custodial Bank to the Treasury Desktop product. Transactions include purchases,sales,maturities,calls,pay downs,interest payments,dividend payments,and corporate actions. A user could import transactions from their Custodial Bank on a daily,weekly or monthly basis. The Treasury Desktop software will allow the user to review the transactions,add or make changes if necessary,then post into the user's portfolio. PASS Interface This service is available to Illinois clients who file annually with the Illinois Department of Insurance and want to send IL schedule reports directly to the databases used by the PASS program from the Desktop portfolio database.
