RESOLUTION NO. R2012-54 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER#3 TO THE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH PHILLIP W. COCHRAN, P. E., CONSULTING ENGINEER FOR <br /> PRELIMINARY DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE CENTRAL PARK PORTION <br /> OF THE CITY'S DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE & OPEN SPACE <br /> ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM, CITY PROJECT 2012-14 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement between Phillip W. Cochran, P.E., Consulting <br /> Engineer and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified to authorize a <br /> Change Order for an additional cost of $18,500, for a total amount not to exceed <br /> $417,738.43. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such <br /> Change Order as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3.
