A-1 TAXI is willing <br /> and able to accept the responsibilities, obligations and terms of the city <br /> agreement, for operation uplift. <br /> A-1 TAXI currently do not provide services for operation uplift to people <br /> with disabilities who are unable to use the Decatur bus system. <br /> A-1 TAXI would like for the City of Decatur to pay fares subsidies directly to <br /> A-1 TAXI for all eligible riders if we receive this contract. <br /> A-1 TAXI will fill out the proper paper work as it relate to operation uplift. <br /> Log sheets of the scheduled trips, showing the operation uplift rides <br /> scheduled for that day by 8:OOam each day. <br /> A-1 TAXI will submit to the city weekly, when the taxi company seeks fare <br /> subsidy reimbursement. <br /> A-1 TAXI will operate taxis on all of the dates and times that the Decatur <br /> public Transit system are scheduled to be in operation. <br />
