ABILITY TO PERFORM
Alpha and Omega Transit Network Inc. was incorporated on December 12, 2011. Our mission is to
provide an infrastructure and management team that will coordinate delivery of our core services. This
includes a dispatch center, standards for hiring staff which will involve background checks, utilizing an
accounting system that will assist staff in facilitating the operational procedures and practices. Each of these
systems and technologies will focus on the delivery of our core goals: safe, reliable transportation services
for each and every client.
A&O Transit Network Inc. is in the process of adding to our fleet four sedans and three mini vans. Our
standards are to operate within the constraints of city and state regulations with regards to the following:
obtain a city livery license to operate in the capacity of a shuttle service company, ensure that all vehicles
undergo an emission testing and regular maintenance check for safety, carry state required vehicle insurance
and require that all drivers become CPR certified and complete an annual safety certification training(State
of Illinois requires every three years). Currently we have a staff of five: one dispatcher and four drivers.
The dispatcher will serve as a liaison between the general public, the company and the company's drivers;
planning and scheduling driver routes based on the transportation needs of the customers. All drivers will
possess a valid Illinois Driver License and have a satisfactory driving history. Dispatcher and drivers will be
equipped with a form of communication(two way radio and/or cell phones). A&O is capable of providing
the following number of trips for Operation Uplift participants: 50 per day, 300 per week, 1200 per
-month, and 14,400 annually.
