805 N. College-NSI #201100827. This case was started on 3-15-11. Andrea Porter and Lashon <br /> Crue are named as the owners in the case. This house was the subject of a fire that almost <br /> completely destroyed the interior of the house. There have been no attempts by the owners to <br /> make the needed repairs. <br /> 842 N. College-NSI #201002868. This case was started on 12-2-10. Michael McDaniel is <br /> named as the owner in the case. The gas meter has been locked off and the electric meter has <br /> been removed. This house has been heavily damaged by fire and abandoned. The whereabouts <br /> of the owner is unknown. There was no insurance on the structure. <br /> 961 N. College-NSI #201001822. This case was started on 7-19-10. Diane A. Swain is named <br /> as the owner in the case. The water service was terminated in July of 2010, the gas meter has <br /> been locked off and the electric meter has been removed. The eaves are rotted and falling off, <br /> there is structural deterioration, holes in the roof, the ceilings are collapsing and there is raw <br /> sewage in the basement. <br /> 1227 N. College-NSI #201000843. This case was started on 3-24-10. Barbara Bufford and the <br /> Estate of Carrie L. Currie are named as the owners in the case. The water service was terminated <br /> in November of 2009 and the gas and electric meters have been locked off. The structure was severely damaged by fire that <br /> gutted the interior and left open holes in the roof. The house is in very close proximity to an <br /> elementary school and remains boarded as the windows are missing. <br /> 740 E. Decatur-NSI #200900200. This case was started on 1-22-09. James L. Perkins is named <br /> as the owner in the case. The water service was terminated in October of 2008 and the gas and <br /> electric meters have been locked off. The owners are deceased and had no will or probate. The <br /> house is in a severe state of deterioration all around and the neighbors complain of raccoons <br /> living inside. <br /> 55.5 S. Dennis-NSI #200501515. This case was started as a regular housing case on 4-27-05. <br /> Vickie L. Ammons is named as the owner in the case. Attempts to resolve with the housing case <br /> have been unsuccessful as the owner is out of state and refused to make repairs. The water <br /> service was terminated in April of 2005, but the electric and gas services are still present. <br /> Extensive roof leaks have caused severe damage to the interior and there is structural <br /> deterioration. <br /> 2481 E. Eldorado-NSI #200900772. This case was started on 3-16-09. Thomas E. Morrissey is <br /> named as the owner in the case, and is now deceased with no will or probate.
