William <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Anderson <br /> Backhoe to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plumbing and demolish the property at <br /> 1517 E. William. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The unknown heirs, devisees, and <br /> legatees of Charles A. Gizzarelli (deceased), are the owners of the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTIIER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Billy Tyus, Assistant City Manager for Development Services, 424- <br /> 2727. Dave Griffiths, Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Billy and/or Dave <br /> will be at the council meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $10,535.00 from the Community Development Block Grant. <br />
