RESOLUTION NO. R2012-05 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between Hanson <br /> Professional Services, Inc. and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Hanson <br /> Professional Services, Inc. for the Development of an Asian Carp Protection Plan for Lake <br /> Decatur in the amount of$63,700.00 on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 6th day f February, 2012. <br /> Michael T.
