Chapter 52 consider: (1) the zoning classification of the licensed premises, (2) the character of the surrounding area, (3) the traffic and parking situation, including any off-street parking requirements of the licensed business, within a 300-foot radius, (4) any statements of interested persons, either oral or written, (5) the impact of such proposed license on the character of and the traffic and parking situation in the immediate neighborhood, and (6) the applicants' history of compliance with all laws, ordinances and building and property maintenance codes.
