Book: 4350 Page: 727 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2012-81 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1312 NORTH WATER STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of October, 2012, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of GW Plaza, LLC, to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) in <br /> Block Two (2) of the H.W. Waggoner's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 163 of the records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois; except that portion of said Lots dedicated for Public <br /> Right of Way. <br /> And <br /> Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block One (1) of the <br /> H.W. Waggoner's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 149, Page 163 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> except the East 2 feet of Lot 12. <br /> And <br /> All vacated alleys abutting the above tracts, <br /> from 0-1 Office District and B-2 Commercial District to PD Planned Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set forth below and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said above described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from 0-1 Office District and B-2 Commercial District to PD <br /> Planned Development District: <br />
