of conflict between the provisions of said code and home rule powers, the home rule powers <br /> shall be deemed to supersede the provisions of said code. <br /> "Bond" or "Bonds" means one or more, as applicable, of the not to exceed $30,000,000 <br /> General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2012, authorized to be issued by this Ordinance. <br /> "Bond Fund" means the Bond Fund established and defined in Section 16 of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> "Bond Notification" means the Bond Notification as authorized to be executed by the <br /> Designated Officials of the City in Section 15 of this Ordinance and by which the final terms of <br /> the Bonds will be established. <br /> "Bond Register"means the books of the City kept by the Bond Registrar to evidence the <br /> registration and transfer of the Bonds. <br /> "Bond Registrar"means the bond registrar for the Bonds, which shall be a bank or trust <br /> company with a corporate trust office located in the State of Illinois (as set forth in the Bond <br /> Notification), or a successor thereto or a successor designated as Bond Registrar hereunder. <br /> "City Clerk"means the City Clerk of the City. <br /> "Code"means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. <br /> "County Clerk"means the County Clerk of The County of Macon, Illinois. <br /> "Designated Officials" means the Mayor, the City Manager of the City and the Director <br /> of Finance of the City, acting together. <br /> "Escrow Agent"means the escrow agent for the Refunded Bonds, which shall be a bank <br /> or trust company with a corporate trust office located in the State of Illinois (as set forth in the <br /> Escrow Agreement), or a successor thereto or a successor designated as Escrow Agent under the <br /> Escrow Agreement. <br /> -5- <br /> 20 <br />
