Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this <br /> Chapter for which no fine is provided in the foregoing subsections A and B, shall, be fined not <br /> less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00)nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) <br /> for each offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered as a <br /> separate offense. <br /> 30. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage <br /> and approval. Currently valid licenses issued under former Chapters 60 or 61 of the City Code <br /> of the City of Decatur shall remain valid as issued for the remaining term of the license term, <br /> subject to the procedural revisions enacted herein. <br />
