Book: 4350 Page: 730 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2012-68 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1215 WEST ARBOR DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of September, 2012, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of MCCI of Decatur, LLC, to rezone <br /> premises legally described as: <br /> A part of the East 25 acres of the North half(N '/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE <br /> '/a) of Section 28, T17N, R2E of the 3`d Principal Meridian, Said part more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 28, T17N, R2E of the 3`d P.M.; <br /> thence S 88046'28" W (assumed bearing) along the north line of said Section 28, <br /> 500.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S 00°00'40" W, 30.00 feet to the <br /> Northwest corner of Lot One (1) of Howard's Corner, as per Subdivision Plat <br /> Recorded in Book 1832, Page 995 of the Records in the Recorder's Office, <br /> Macon County, Illinois; thence S 00°00'40" W along the West line of said Lot <br /> One (1) of Howard's Corner, 525.00 feet; thence S 88°46'28" W, 290.00 feet; <br /> thence N 00°00'40" E, 555.00 feet to a point on the said North line of Section 28; <br /> thence N 88°46'28" E along the said North line of Section 28, 290.00 feet to the <br /> Point of Beginning, except the North 30 feet thereof which is proposed to be <br /> dedicated as Public Right of Way, containing 3.495 acres more or less.
