Book: 4350 Page: 733 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2012-67 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> - 180 WEST IMBODEN DRIVE AND 2110-2181 IMBODEN PLACE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6`" day of September, 2012, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of John and Martha Brinkoetter to modify <br /> and amend the Planned Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 2011-62, on <br /> premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2) of South Franklin Estates as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 1832, Page 323 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois. <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that the modification of said Planned Development as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set forth below and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said above described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, modified and amended: <br /> a. Final site, landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and approved <br /> by the Department of Planning and Building Services, Public Works <br /> Department and the Fire Department prior to building permits being released. <br /> b. A Subdivision Final Plat must be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Department of Planning and Building Services, Public Works Department and <br /> the Fire Department prior to building permits being released. <br /> Section 3. That except as modified by the provisions hereof, the heretofore ordained <br /> Planned Development, and the provisions of ordinances relating thereto as heretofore <br />
