Proposed change in paving <br /> SECTION FOUR: JUSTIFICATION <br /> The petitioner submits to the City Plan Commission and City Council the ollowin acts addit ional pages may be attached): <br /> Industrial storage today is not always accomplished in a uniform manner to allow for paved <br /> driveways and modern industrial design standards allow for various methods to accomplish the need <br /> to have lasting, stable storage surfaces. The change in screening requirements for the M-2 Heavy <br /> Industrial District should match the change in screening requirements for the M-1 Intense <br /> Commercial/Light Industrial District that were approved by the City Council in June of 2015. The <br /> adding of video gaming parlors to the list of definitions and the permitted uses in the B-2 Commercial <br /> District and the M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District should accommodate what was <br /> approved by the City Council when it amended the City Code to allow for liquor licenses for video <br /> gaming parlors. <br /> SECTION FIVE: CERTIFICATION <br /> To be placed on the agenda of the regular meeting on the first Thursday of the month at 3:00 <br /> PM in the City Council Chambers, petition must be received on the first Thursday of the <br /> preceding month. Failure of the petitioner or the petitioner's representative to attend the Plan <br /> Commission hearing may result in items being tabled. In the event a petition for rezoning is denied by the Council, another petition for a change to the same district shall not be filed within a <br /> period of one year from the date of denial, except upon the initiation of the City Council or the City Plan Commission after showing a <br /> change of circumstances which would warrant a renewal. <br /> 4.
