Outdoor storage; screening. <br /> Any outdoor storage of equipment or materials that isvisible fiem the s <br /> other than vehicles for sale, must be enclosed by a six-foot high fence, six-foot <br /> hinge or similar landscape materials, or an appropriate combination <br /> thereof. However, if the property is located within 300 feet of any property <br /> that is zoned R-1, R-2, R-3, R-5, R-6, PMR-1, 0-1, B-1, B-2, B-3 and PD or <br /> M non-industrial use in the city limits or neighboring_ jurisdiction it must be <br /> screened by a six-foot high site break fence, six-foot high hedge or similar <br /> landscape materials, or an appropriate combination thereof Measurements <br /> shall be made from the nearest point on the property/lot lines of each property_ <br />
