ORDINANCE NO. 2012-65 <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ALL WAY STOP INTERSECTION <br /> AT LEAFLAND AVENUE AND PINE STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the intersection of Leafland Avenue and Pine Street in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be and the same is hereby designated and established as all way stop <br /> intersection. <br /> Section 2. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, vehicular traffic <br /> approaching said intersections from any direction, shall stop and after having stopped, shall yield <br /> the right-of-way to any vehicle which has entered the intersection from another direction or <br /> which is approaching so closely on the roadway as to constitute an immediate hazard during the <br /> time when said vehicle is moving across or within the intersection, and thereafter having so <br /> stopped and so yielded, may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 3. That the provisions of all Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance which insofar as the same do conflict therewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 17f'day of September, <br /> 2012. <br /> i 1Vi <br /> !MI ALT.
