Book: 4242 Page: 223 ! a ORDINANCE NO. 2012-59 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY - 1215 WEST ARBOR DRIVE- WHEREAS,there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk ! presented to the Council herewith,the petition under oath of Marsha Jacoby, Carol E Waddell,Jean Pease and Dolores Hutson requesting that there be annexed to the City ! territory described as: G A part of the east 25 acres of the north half(N 1/2)of the northeast ! quarter(NE 1/4) of Section 28,T17N,R2E of the 3rd Principal Meridian, said part more particularly described as follows: ` Commencing at the northeast comer of Section 28,T17N,R2E of the 3rd P.M.;thence S 88°4628"W(assumed bearing) along the north line of said Section 28, 500.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00°00'40"W, 30.00 feet to the northwest corner of Lot One (1) of Howard's Comer, as per subdivision plat recorded in Book 1832,Page 995 of the records in the Recorder's Office,Macon County,Illinois; thence S 00000'40"W along the West line of said Lot One(1)of Howard's Corner, 525.00 feet; thence S 88°4628"W, 290.00 feet;thence N 00°00'40"E 555.00 feet to a point on the said north line of Section 28; thence N 88°4628"E along the said north line of Section 28,290.00 feet to the point of beginning,except the North thirty(30) feet thereof which is proposed to be dedicated as public right of way, containing 3.495 acres more or less.
