A <br /> Chapter 34 <br /> Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, <br /> Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day; provided that, if any such holiday <br /> shall occur on a Saturday such regulations shall not be enforced on the immediately <br /> preceding Friday, and if any such holiday shall occur on a Sunday such regulations shall <br /> not be enforced on the immediately succeeding Monday. <br /> 52. PARKING GARAGES. The following described parking garages are hereby <br /> designated as City of Decatur Parking Garages, B and C: <br /> Garage B - located in the block bounded by Eldorado, Water and North Streets, and 1/2 <br /> block east of North Main Street; <br /> Garage C - located in the block bounded by Wood, Franklin and Main Streets, and 1 <br /> block west of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive. <br /> 53. PARKING LOTS. The following identified parking lots are hereby designated Motor <br /> Vehicle System Parking Lots A, D, E and F: <br /> Lot A - located in the north half of the block bounded by Wood, Water, Washington and <br /> South Main Streets; <br /> Lot D - located in the block bounded by Prairie, North Main, William and Church <br /> Streets; <br /> Lot E - located at the southeast corner of William and North Main Streets; <br /> Lot F - located at the northeast corner of Wood and North Main Streets. <br /> 54. PAY TO PARK SPACES. Parking spaces in lots A and F and in Parking Garage B and <br /> Garage C are hereby established as Pay to Park spaces, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause parking payment devices to be installed as provided in <br />
