• June 20, 2011 —Council approved Resolution R2011-94 authorizing an Agreement with <br /> Homer L. Chastain & Associates to provide preliminary engineering services for the <br /> Franklin Street portion of the Downtown Streetscape and Open Space Enhancement <br /> Program. The Resolution authorized the expenditure of up to $166,372, 80% of which will <br /> be reimbursed by the State ITEP grant for Franklin Street. <br /> • July 5, 2011 —Council approved Resolution R2011-103 authorizing a contract in the <br /> amount of$769,808.90 for Water Street Streetscape Enhancement Project—Phase 1, City <br /> Project 2010-14, to Otto Baum Company, Inc. as the lowest qualified bidder. <br /> • October 17, 2011 —Council approved Resolution R2011-165 authorizing a contract in the <br /> amount of$2,026,812.30 for City Project 2011-14, Water Street Streetscape Enhancement <br /> Project—Phase 2, to Kinney Contractors, Inc. as the lowest qualified bidder. <br /> • February 21, 2012—Council approved Resolution R2012-28 authorizing a contract in the <br /> amount of$4,087,534.04 for City Project 2010-17, Main Street Streetscape Enhancement <br /> Project, to Feutz Contractors, Inc. as the lowest qualified bidder. <br /> • March 19, 2012— Council approved Resolution R2012-55 authorizing an Agreement with <br /> the State of Illinois and R2012-56 authorizing an agreement with Homer L. Chastain& <br /> Associates for final design services for the Franklin Street portion of the Downtown <br /> Streetscape and Open Space Enhancement Program. The Resolution authorized the <br /> expenditure of up to $228,892, 80%of which will be reimbursed by the State ITEP grant for <br /> Franklin Street. <br /> • July 16, 2012—Council approved Ordinance No. 2012-45 prohibiting vehicles with more <br /> than 6 wheels on Franklin Street, Water Street, and Main Street between Wood Street and <br /> Eldorado Street.
