l <br /> Chapter 41 <br /> the pavement or other City-owned facilities located in or adjacent to the permit area caused by <br /> operation of the food service establishment, or the cleaning of or trash removal from the permit <br /> area or adjacent premises occasioned by the failure of the permittee to clean or remove such <br /> trash. Failure to do so shall be a violation of this Chapter, and subject the permittee to a fine or <br /> fines, and/or revocation of the privileges granted herein. <br /> I. INSURANCE. Every outdoor cafe permittee shall obtain, and at all times <br /> thereafter during the license year keep in full force and effect, general liability and property <br /> damage insurance, with the City as an additional named insured and in amounts not less than <br /> $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 combined, single limit; said applicant shall file with the <br /> City a Certificate of Insurance evidencing such fact, and said Certificate shall provide for not less <br /> than 30 days notice to all insured prior to cancellation. <br /> J.
